Visit statistics
The site counts visits with Umami, which runs on the company's own server. It sets no cookies and does not store IP addresses. The IP address is used during each request to find the country and to compute an anonymous visitor identifier, which changes every month. The statistics do not leave the company's server and are not shared with anyone.
The legal basis is the company's legitimate interest in knowing how the
site is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). To stop the counting in your browser,
open any page with ?umami-off at the end of the address.
When you write to Iterative Works, the company uses your address and your message only to reply to you, and keeps them only as long as the conversation needs. The legal basis is the company's legitimate interest in answering you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction or erasure, or restriction of its processing, and you can object to the processing. Write to michal@iterative.works. You can also complain to the Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
